Skillcapital identifies, evaluates and recruits board-level executives and non-executives for private equity portfolio companies, both pre- and post-acquisition. Our search process is driven by rigorous analysis of all target candidates against the success criteria for the position.

• We utilise a sector-based approach to executive search. We work collaboratively, and allocate resources based on the sector and functional experience required for each individual assignment.

We also work with private equity investors when they are a considering a potential acquisition, helping them to find advisors who can provide industrial expertise and a detailed understanding of the dynamics of the market and target company. These advisors are normally former senior executives within the sector. They work on a consulting basis, and often join the board of the target company if the acquisition goes ahead.
