Florence Delmas, Partner

Florence is a Partner at Skillcapital. She is based in Paris and works on assignments across Continental Europe, specialising in the CFO, Business Services and Industrials sectors. Prior to joining Skillcapital, Florence worked for 11 years as an Investment Director for 3i in France and Italy. Florence was involved in a number of transactions at 3i, including the successful buyout of Datamat. Florence led the investment and IPO of Datamat and subsequently became CFO of the company for 4 years. She then rejoined 3i in Paris as Business Development Director, responsible for deal Origination in France as well as the French Business Leaders Network. Florence started her career as a consultant for PwC Corporate Finance in Milan. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from ESC Reims and a BA(Hons) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University.
